We are a 52 place private day nursery situated in the centre of Whaley Bridge on the edge of the beautiful Peak District. We offer both full time and part time care with meals. We offer flexible hours that fit in with your working schedule and are open all year round. We care for children aged 3 Months to 5 years.

We also provide home cooked meals made in our spacious 4 star rated kitchen.

Throughout the nursery we are guided by the four themes of the EYFS:

A UNIQUE CHILD - Every child is a competent learner from birth who can be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.

POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS - Children learn to be strong and independent from a base of loving and secure relationships with parents and/or a key person.

ENABLING ENVIRONMENTS - The environment plays a key role in supporting and extending children's development and learning.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT - Children develop and learn in different ways and at a different rates and all areas of Learning and development are equally important and inter-connected.

At Toddbrook Nursery we are proud of the fact that our staff are very experienced and that the majority have worked in our nursery for many years. We believe a stable workforce helps us to provide a happy and secure environment for our children. Staff show commitment both in the care they provide and in their willingness to learn and update their knowledge continually. All staff have enhanced CRB checks and a majority of staff have First Aid certificates.
